If you have any concerns regarding our salon, staff, or services, please notify the staff member or salon
manager immediately

Please inform us immediately if you notice any abnormal reaction, infection, or discomfort during or after

Children under 7 years old must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
Parents/guardians are responsible for their children's safety while in the salon

We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings while you are receiving treatment

No food or drink may be consumed during treatments
GUARANTEE
Please remember: Nails are jewels, not tools.

Traditional polish services are not guaranteed. Nail enhancements and gel polish services are guaranteed for
48 hours after your appointment

If you experience lifting, chipping, or loss within 48 hours, please contact us promptly to arrange a free repair

Repairs requested outside the guarantee period, or damage caused by misuse, accidental breakage, or
normal wear and tear, will be chargeable

We are not responsible for breakage, damage, or infection occurring after you leave the salon
REFUND
No cash refunds will be given once you have left the salon

If you are unhappy with your service, please inform us before payment. We will adjust the service or remove the
enhancement where appropriate

Refunds will not be given due to a change of mind

If you remain dissatisfied after we have attempted to correct the service, you may submit a written complaint
with supporting photos of the work carried out

Any approved refund will be made by bank transfer within 30 days
